The following privacy policy discloses 1) the Brandon's Goal Foundation (referred to as BGF) treatment of personally identifiable information collected by our web sites; 2) Your options for the use of your data; 3) Security;  4) How to view and change your information. This privacy policy does not apply to individuals' or other organizations' participation in our Facebook page. It also does not apply to the practices of organizations other than the Brandon's Goal Foundation.


1) Personally identifiable information: The Brandon's Goal Foundation collects personally identifiable information when you register for a BGF Membership, make a donation, or fill out a form on our site such as "Testimonials Form" "Support Request Form" "Volunteer Application" "Create a Fundraising Page Form" "Comments & Questions Form" and all of other forms via the websites listed above. We only have access to what you give us voluntarily via these web forms or your email to us. We will not give, sell or rent this information to anyone. We will only share your information with third party vendors (financial service processing, manufacturers/suppliers, contracted consultants or approved volunteers) for purposes of fulfillment of donations, event registration, BGF store purchases or other fulfillment such as co-branded items. These companies (for example: Paypal, Vanco Services, CafePress) do not have permission to use your information beyond what is necessary to complete or fulfill the order or financial process.


2) Your options for the use of your data: We will use your information for marketing emails such as newsletters and to inform you of changes to our policies unless you ask us specifically not to.  You can contact us via our email address or phone number on our website to opt out of receiving these communications from us.


3) Security: We protect your information both online and offline. Data transmission such as giving credit card or other financial information is encrypted using industry standards. This is indicated by a lock icon at the bottom of the web browser and/or https in the web address, during the data transmission part of the process.
